What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Information about providers
We collect the data that our providers submit us:
Parking address with zip code*
Photos of vehicles
Also we collect IP addresses from which that information was sent.
Geo-location data of our providers
When providers send us their geo-location data we collect only the last one for 1 hour.
We use that geo-location for visitors to be able to view the drivers that are close to their location.
So The Roadside Assistance 24 Service offer publicly accessible information about the provider’s geo-location data.
When visitors leave reviews on Roadside Assistance 24 Service we collect the data shown in the feedback forms, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
After approval of a feedback, the Names are visible to the public in the context of their comments. The Email is invisible.
If you send us your images to upload to the website, you should avoid sending images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
